Australia – Canberra

In 1963 Prime Minister Menzies described Canberra, the Capital of Australia, as:

“Wonderful, immoral, tempting and terribly satisfactory”

(Canberra is currently where I live)

As the number of reviews I have written on Canberra has grown, and will grow further over time, I have added this page by way of an index such that my reader can find/read reviews by locality within the Canberra and Australian Capital Territory (ACT) area. My reviews have been grouped broadly into the areas as depicted on the map above NOTING:

*Part of North and South Canberra (see map below), bordering Lake Burley Griffin, have been carved out to include two extra groups centred on what is referred to as the Parliamentary Triangle. A large number of Canberra’s tourist attractions lie within the Parliamentary Triangle – North and South of the Lake.
